Shipping & Returns Policy
Domestic Shipping Rates:
Bohemia Yerba Mate only ships from the continental United States. This excludes the United States territories such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.
We offer free shipping in the Continental USA when you spend $100 or more in one transaction. Orders under $100 will pay standard shipping rates based on weight and package size.
All orders will be shipped to the address provided within 5 days from the date of the purchase. As you can understand, we are unable to take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances (reasons beyond our control), which may cause your delivery to be late.
International Shipping Rates:
To start an international order, please choose your country at check out, and then DHL will calculate the total cost of your order in US Dollars including freight, taxes and duties. Please note that we are not responsible for orders that are held at customs.
For Canada orders, we are not responsible for any extra taxes or duties charged.
RETURNS POLICY
Unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange for food items.
Teas are a food item and exempt from being returned. Yerba mate tea loose leaf is perishable and, by law, cannot be returned.
Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, not including original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 30 days of delivery along with your receipt. These applies to mate gourds, mate sets and mate straws.

Subject: Return Request
To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must be undamaged, unopened and without signs of use. It must be returned in its original packaging. We only accept returns on products purchased directly at www.bohemiayerbamate.com
All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. Merchandise returned 30 days after the original purchase date is not eligible for refund or exchange.
All products sold by third parties are covered by the merchant’s return policy, not by Bohemia Products LLC’s returns policy.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Refunds are initiated within 24-72 hours following the refund request and are processed within approximately three (3) to five (5) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.

Subject line: RMN to obtain a Return Merchandise Number within 30 days of the invoice generated date.
Place the products inside the original packaging and mail it by the instructions you will receive in your email.

WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be refunded.
