Domestic Shipping Rates:
We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and P.O. boxes. 

International Shipping :
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy for Consumable Products:
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all consumable products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy applies to all varieties of our yerba mate tea, as well as gourds and straws purchased as a set with yerba mate tea.

As yerba mate is a consumable food product, we cannot guarantee the proper storage, handling, or integrity of items once they have left our facility. Accepting returned products could compromise product freshness, quality, and food safety. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items, even if they are unopened.

We want every customer to have a positive experience with Bohemia Yerba Mate. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
